RETURN
The Beauty Mall guarantees a full refund for defective products purchased, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as when received, meaning the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used. If your item arrives defective/damaged or in incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement or refund. But to claim a replacement or refund, you must return the product immediately before the delivery man leaves your place. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
REFUND
Thank you for purchasing products from The Beauty Mall. To receive a refund you must return the product within 3 working days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition, in which you received it and refund application will not be accepted in case of defective product in any way. After we receive your returned product, our professional team will verify the product and then your refund process will begin. Refund will be made to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase, development or bank payment may take 07-15 working days. Refund amount above 500 rupees will be bkash or bank transfer. If the product is damaged in any way or you wish to return the product after 07 working days, you will not be eligible for refund.
