PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES

The price displayed on the The Beauty Mall website does not include delivery charges. Product prices may vary between showrooms and online. Each delivery charge is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make multiple deliveries, no additional charges will be added for any subsequent deliveries. PRODUCT ORDER

You can order through our website https://www.thebeautymall.com.bd. Canon Craft will not be held liable if you have placed an order through Facebook message and if for any reason our customer care executive misses the message or fails to confirm the order. If you want to take advantage of cash on delivery, you must order from the website. Cash on delivery system is applicable only for Dhaka metro orders, but if you want to take advantage of cash on delivery from outside Dhaka metro, you have to confirm the order by paying the delivery charge first. Once you have completed processing your order, we will call you for order confirmation and you will receive a confirmation email if you have provided us with your email address. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you have already paid for such order, we will try to refund the applicable amount using Bkash or Mobile Recharge.

DELIVERY

The Beauty Mall strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days within Dhaka Metro and 2-7 working days outside Dhaka Metro after order confirmation. Although we aim to deliver within the deadline, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason beyond 30 days, you may cancel your order. There will be home delivery inside Dhaka Metro and home delivery outside Dhaka Metro may or may not, which depends on the courier company.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order if we call you for order confirmation. Once you have confirmed your order and you want to cancel your order, you will have to pay the delivery charges. If you have paid for your order and wish to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the price paid for your product within 7-15 working days.

RETURN

The Beauty Mall guarantees a full refund for defective products purchased, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as when received, meaning the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used. If your item arrives defective/damaged or in incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement or refund. But to claim a replacement or refund, you must return the product immediately before the delivery man leaves your place. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

REFUND

Thank you for purchasing products from The Beauty Mall. To receive a refund you must return the product within 3 working days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition, in which you received it and refund application will not be accepted in case of defective product in any way. After we receive your returned product, our professional team will verify the product and then your refund process will begin. Refund will be made to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase, development or bank payment may take 07-15 working days. Refund amount above 500 rupees will be bikash or bank transfer. If the product is damaged in any way or you wish to return the product after 07 working days, you will not be eligible for refund.

CALL CENTER

We have our own customer call center to provide better service to The Beauty Mall customers. You can directly talk to us for detailed information and complaints about products and orders. We provide our call center services from Saturday to Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm. During the campaign period we receive a lot of calls and due to this sometimes you may not be connected by calling our call center and due to any unforeseen events (load shedding, internet disconnection, technical failure and so on) if you call our call center We are not responsible for this if you can join through. In this case we advise our customers that if you are unable to connect to our customer care center, message us on our Facebook page or group and we will reply you as soon as possible.
